Unigames Camp 2023 - 30/06/2023 - 3/07/2023

• Jackie, Gibbi, Josh and Oscar went to Eaton and took notes and photos
• All of committee have looked at it and have been waying up pros and cons (compared mostly to Ern-Halliday)
  • Pros: Real heating, wheelchair access, no vinyl bedding, activity big, larp pog, reception, available at the time we need, possibly cheaper ticket?
  • Cons: No walk-in fridge, dorms right next to activity hall, womens bathroom has only 2 showers, noise consideration, reception, far away
  • Others: 4 dorms, will need to have quiz night early
• Jackie doesn't want to do injury forms (cringe)
• Ern-Halliday is more expensive, and while it does have nicer dorms, the ticket price would be more expensive with not much pay off,
• Vote between Ern-Halliday and Eaton
  • Eaton: 9 votes
  • Halliday: 0 Votes
  • Abstain: 1 votes
• Tickets should be selling when you see this?
