  • We have a full financial breakdown!
    • Taking into account only $85 from earlybirds
    • We spent $2728 on accommodation for everyone
      • Three day stays at $6 each
    • $40 on firewood
    • $819.89 on camp food (not snacks)
    • $8.58 on first aid supplies
    • $17.02 on supplies for Assassins
    • Total expenses: $3631.49
    • $2805 in early bird tickets
    • $900 in standard tickets
    • $135 in partial tickets (we priced at $30 for friday, $35 for saturday, $35 for sunday)

    • $208.51 profit, not counting anything like snack sales

Charity Vigil [28th/29th September]:

  • It was split in a means based way
  • We donated $88 via food sales, and because of this the subcommittee has been included in the division of the fine
  • Treasurers of all the clubs are meeting up to discuss revenue soon
  • We don't have a finalised amount of how much is being donated, waiting on UCC

Relay for Life [12th/13th October]:
